jlaaa is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals and in certain other circumstances as required by applicable regulations. You agree to provide, upon request, a copy of a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification (such as a passport, driver's licence, SSS card, UMID, or PhilHealth ID), proof of address, and any other documentation jlaaa reasonably requires. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jlaaa login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify jlaaa support immediately via live chat. jlaaa may temporarily suspend your account pending investigation upon receiving such a notification.
All bets, deposits, and transactions conducted through your jlaaa account are your sole responsibility. You agree not to allow any other person to access or use your jlaaa account. jlaaa will treat all account activity as authorized by the registered account holder unless prior written notification of unauthorized access has been received.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity or transaction is recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. jlaaa reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied. jlaaa will notify you by email to your registered address before commencing any inactivity processing.
jlaaa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlaaa does not accept deposits from payment methods not registered in your name.
Deposits are credited to your jlaaa account balance in real time for most supported methods. Minimum deposit amount is ₱100. jlaaa does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment service provider may apply its own fees. jlaaa accepts no responsibility for third-party payment processing delays.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposits where technically possible. Withdrawals to GCash and Maya typically process within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and UnionBank are processed within 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours. A minimum withdrawal amount of ₱200 applies. jlaaa reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly where the amount is significant or where account activity patterns require review. Where a withdrawal is withheld, jlaaa will notify you and provide the reason where permissible by law.
All jlaaa account balances, bets, and transactions are denominated exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlaaa does not conduct currency conversion as part of its standard operations.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and promotional offers made available on jlaaa are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements attached to each individual promotion. These specific terms are published on the relevant promotion page and take precedence over these general Terms where there is a conflict.
Bonus funds credited to your account must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings are eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and contribution rates vary by promotion and are detailed on each offer's terms page. Bets placed on certain game types (typically low-margin table games) may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all toward bonus wagering requirements.
jlaaa reserves the right to void bonuses and associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, depositing solely to claim a bonus without genuine gaming intent, employing low-risk betting strategies to extract bonus value, or exploiting errors in bonus crediting. jlaaa's determination of bonus abuse is final.
Bonuses that are not wagered within the timeframe specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire automatically. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be removed from the account balance without notice.

Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service interruptions, and force majeure events may result in temporary unavailability of the Platform. jlaaa accepts no liability for losses arising from such interruptions.

You may close your jlaaa account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending wagering requirements on active bonuses must be resolved. Real money balance remaining after bonus resolution will be returned to your verified payment method within the standard processing timeframe.
Termination of your account does not affect any rights or obligations that accrued prior to termination. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 6, 8, 9, and 12 — will continue in force.

Nothing in these Terms shall prevent jlaaa from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
